Why is my Warhammer 40k installing in German instead of English and how do i change this?

I purchased the big bundle of Warhammer 40k Dawn of War II during the Steam Winter Sale and after finished downloading it i went to physically run through the setup and it popped up in German instead of English, how do i change/fix this?

Delete and reinstall.
