40k Armies

Besides eBay or GW’s website, are there other websites that sell miniatures rather cheap, but in good condition? eBay and GW is sorta my "last" resort if there aren’t any. Thanks.
Can I still buy from http://www.gamesandmodelkits.co.uk even though its in euros? I’m American, and I don’t see a dollar… checkout thing anywhere.

I would say check out http://www.gamesandmodelkits.co.uk/warhammer-40000/ they have a vast range of Warhammer stock and are always adding to it, I get my miniatures from here.
